Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern participation in academic diagnostics, consultations, and tuition programs provided by EduAction and Lead Teacher Naga.

1. Educational Advisory Scope

EduAction provides specialist diagnostic consulting and instruction in Mathematics and Sciences across international and Singapore curricula (IB Diploma, Cambridge IGCSE, Singapore GCE A-Levels, AP, and IP). Consultations establish baseline proficiencies and structured learning roadmaps.

2. Initial Reviews & Consultations

Initial review requests are reviewed by our academic specialist. Submission of an enquiry form does not obligate either party to ongoing tuition; enrollment is confirmed upon mutual agreement of schedules and diagnostic fit.

3. Rescheduling & Punctuality

• Sessions commence promptly at our Far East Shopping Centre studio (#13-05) or via our designated online platform.
• To reschedule due to illness or school events, please provide at least 24 hours notice where possible to enable alternate slot scheduling.

4. Intellectual Property

Proprietary worked solution models, curated problem sets, diagnostic matrices, and revision summaries provided by EduAction remain the intellectual property of EduAction. Materials are licensed strictly for the individual educational use of enrolled students.

5. Academic Integrity

EduAction strictly respects international school honor codes. For school coursework (such as IB Mathematics Internal Assessments or Extended Essays), our guidance is pedagogical and advisory. We provide feedback on structure and conceptual rigor; we do not write or complete assessable coursework on behalf of students.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
