EduAction is dedicated to providing high-level academic mentorship, diagnostic assessments, and subject instruction in Mathematics and Science. In delivering our specialist services, we are committed to safeguarding the personal data of our students and families in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. Personal Information We Collect

We only collect personal information reasonably required to evaluate student learning needs and communicate with parents:

• Parent/Guardian Information: Name, contact email, and WhatsApp/mobile phone number.
• Student Academic Information: Year/grade level, school, curriculum (e.g. IB Diploma, IGCSE, Singapore GCE A-Level, AP), syllabus subjects, and learning concerns.
• Diagnostic Materials: Test papers, past mock examinations, and diagnostic work samples submitted for academic evaluation.

2. How We Use Collected Data

Personal data is used exclusively to:

• Conduct comprehensive academic diagnostics and formulate personalized learning blueprints.
• Schedule consultations and tutoring sessions at our Far East Shopping Centre studio or online.
• Send feedback, lesson recaps, and progress updates directly to parents.
• Maintain required operational records.

3. Confidentiality & Protection

We maintain strict confidentiality. We do not sell, license, lease, or trade client personal records to any commercial advertising or marketing networks. All stored records are protected behind multi-tier server security configurations.

4. Access, Correction, and Data Rights

Under the Singapore PDPA, you may request access to, or correction of, personal data held by EduAction, or withdraw consent for non-essential notices at any time.
